When you connect Google services (such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Google Drive) to Hachigo, we access your Google data solely to execute the workflow actions you have explicitly configured. Specifically:

Google user data is used only to provide and operate the workflow functionality you configure — for example, reading from or writing to a Google Sheet as part of a workflow step
We do not use Google user data for advertising, training AI or machine learning models, or any purpose unrelated to providing or improving the workflow functionality you have configured
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized
Google user data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to execute your configured workflow steps (e.g., passing data to an AI provider as part of a workflow you designed), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users
