Hachigo Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Hachigo. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Hachigo after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms for updates.
2. Service Description
Hachigo is an AI-first workflow automation platform. Users describe tasks in plain English, and Hachigo automatically builds multi-step AI workflows that can be reviewed, edited, and run on demand or on a schedule. Features include a conversational workflow builder, multi-model AI chaining (e.g., OpenAI and Anthropic models), structured JSON outputs, and integrations such as HTTP requests, Slack, conditional logic, and more.
3. User Eligibility and Accounts
Hachigo is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. By creating an account, you affirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Hachigo operates on a subscription basis with plans ranging from $19 to $249 per month. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits and workflow runs. Credits and runs reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over if unused. Only AI-powered steps consume credits; logic steps such as IF conditions, HTTP requests, delays, and text formatting are free.
Optional one-time credit top-up packages are available for purchase separately. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial months of service or unused allocations. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
Hachigo is designed for automating repetitive AI-powered tasks such as content generation, data extraction, summarization, reformatting, and similar workflows. You agree to use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: generating illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content; attempting to bypass AI model safety measures; abusing platform resources (e.g., circumventing rate limits or credit quotas); and any use that violates applicable laws or could bring Hachigo into disrepute.
6. Intellectual Property and Content
Your workflow definitions and the outputs they produce are owned by you. You grant Hachigo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your input and output data as necessary to run your workflows, and to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services.
AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or free from third-party intellectual property. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and other relevant regulations before using it.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hachigo is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any specific purpose.
Hachigo is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
8. Service Availability and Updates
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to Hachigo, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.
We may release updates or new features for Hachigo. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified service.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Hachigo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, your sole recourse is to discontinue the use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
